<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LSI system capable of surely determining a logic defined by a waveform of an input external signal. <P>SOLUTION: The LSI system includes a first input circuit, an oscillation circuit, an oscillation stabilizing circuit, a free-run counter counting a system clock signal, a second input circuit, a capture circuit holding a first count value of the free-run counter when a first capture signal is input and holding a second count value of the free-run counter when a second capture signal is input, a correction circuit for outputting a set value to the oscillation stabilizing circuit and outputting a correction value in accordance with the set value, and a determination circuit for determining the logic defined by an interval of edges of the waveform of a second external signal based on a value wherein the correction value is added to a difference between the first count value and the second count value held by the capture circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
