<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply control device, a power supply control system, a power supply control method, a power supply control program and a recording medium recorded with the program achieved in energy saving by reducing power consumption related to an energy saving mode transition time. <P>SOLUTION: A power supply control device 100 is configured to control a power mode in one or a plurality of equipment 200 connected through a network N, and includes a calculation means 22 for calculating an equipment use rate showing the use frequency of the equipment 200 per unit time based on an operation log 41 of the equipment 200; a recording means 20 for recording the calculated equipment use rate in a prescribed region 23 for each unit time as the past equipment usage rate; a determination means 321 for determining the necessity/non-necessity of a shift to an energy saving mode at the current time based on the recorded past equipment use rate; and an instructing means 322 for instructing the shift to the energy saving mode to the equipment 200 based on the determination result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
