<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform proper state transition by synchronizing each node state or system state between nodes, in a distributed system. <P>SOLUTION: In a distributed system including a plurality of nodes connected via a network, each of the plurality of nodes separately includes a node state determining section 15-1 for determining a state of each node and a system state determining section 18-1 for determining a system state.
