<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a zoom lens having high optical performance over the entire zoom range, and an imaging apparatus including the zoom lens. <P>SOLUTION: The zoom lens includes in order from an object side to an image side: a positive first lens group; a negative second lens group; a negative third lens group; an aperture diaphragm; and a fourth lens group having positive refractive power; wherein the fourth lens group comprises a 41 lens group having positive refractive power and a 42 lens group having positive refractive power, and a condition of 0.4<νm/(νrp-νrn)<0.63 is satisfied, whereνm represents the Abbe number of the material of the first positive lens having the largest dispersion among the positive lenses included in the 42 lens group,νrp represents the average Abbe number of materials of positive lenses other than the first positive lens, andνrn represents the average Abbe number of materials of negative lenses in the 42 lens group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
