<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for forming a stepped cup-shaped component, wherein a material in the cylindrical part of a cup-shaped stock is stably caused to flow to a bottom part, and a stepped cup-shaped component having a boss part at the bottom part is formed with high precision. <P>SOLUTION: The forming device 1 for a steped cut-shaped component 8 performs drawing to a sheet-shaped stock arranged at a die 2 by an outer punch 3 and an inner punch 4 as a drawing action so as to form a cup-shaped stock. Further, the forming device 1, as a redrawing operation, retreats the outer punch 3 from the bottom part 822 of the cup-shaped stock, and, in a state where a gap 71 is formed between the tip part 31 of the punch of the outer punch 3 and the bottom part 822 of the cup-shaped stock 82, forms a boss part 83 at the bottom part 822 of the cup-shaped stock 8 by the inner punch 4 and a pressure sleeve 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
