摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a lead member which prevents generation of traces of creases on a lead conductor when heat-welding an insulating film on the lead conductor with hot press and is used for a nonaqueous electrolyte power storage device being excellent on operability, and also to provide a fixing jig used for manufacture of the lead member. SOLUTION: Upon manufacturing the lead member used for the nonaqueous electrolyte power storage device, one end of the lead conductor 2 is supported in a cantilever manner by a fixing jig 10 having a pair of gripping members 11, 12 forming an inclined faces 11a, 12a wherein gaps facing each other are narrowed toward an insertion direction of the lead conductor 2. Then, the lead member is manufactured by pasting the insulating film 3 to the lead conductor 2 so as to heat and pressurize the insulating film 3 arranged on both faces on the other side of the lead conductor 2 by the hot press 20.
