PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an individual virtual computer from not being able to separately use an I/O (Input/Output) device in a computer system having a compound I/O controller to which the plurality of I/O devices are connected. SOLUTION: A hypervisor captures an I/O instruction issued from the virtual computer. Then, the hypervisor determines whether an I/O target following the I/O instruction is an non-assigned port related device being a device related to an I/O port connected to an I/O controller that is not assigned to the virtual computer of the issuing source of the I/O instruction. If the determination result is affirmative, the hypervisor returns a virtual execution result to the virtual computer of the issuing source of the I/O instruction without performing an I/O to the non-assigned port related device.
