PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more properly use a detection result of a state of an eye of a person. SOLUTION: A face detection part 31 detects at least one of size, a shape, and a position of at least a part of a face of the person by use of an image captured by an imaging device 11. An eye state detection part 33 detects at least one of opening/closing and a shape of the eye of the person, and a view line direction by use of the image captured by the imaging device 11. A reliability evaluation part 22 evaluates reliability of the detection result by the eye state detection part 33 based on a change of a detection result by the face detection part 31.
