PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device forming an image in which no difference in gradation property and image quality exists in a print image based on print image data before and after rotation processing. SOLUTION: An image processing device 32 includes: a storage part 110 that stores a dither screen for rotation in advance; a gradation reproduction processing part 109 that performs gradation reproduction processing using the dither screen for rotation for a CMYK digital signal to generate print image data; a rotation key of an operation panel 36 that receives a rotation angle specified by a user; and a control section that performs rotation processing to rotate the print image based on the print image data in the clockwise direction by the rotation angle for the print image data, and the dither screen for rotation is set so as to reduce a difference in dot gain produced between the print image based on the print image data before the rotation processing, and the print image based on the print image data after the rotation processing.
