PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electronic apparatus preventing a user from being annoyed or feeling discomfort with respect to a protruding electronic component, and preventing external force from being concentrated on the protruding electronic component. SOLUTION: A cellular phone 1 includes: a front case 4 including an opening 30 and a pasting part 17 which is provided at an edge of the opening 39 and to which a key sheet 10 is pasted; and a rear case 5 which is disposed with its inside surface facing the front case 4. The cellular phone 1 further includes a printed circuit board 18 which is disposed in an inner space constituted of the front case 4 and the rear case 5 and in which a light-emitting component 14 illuminating the key sheet 10 and an electronic component 16 for adjusting luminance of the light-emitting component 14 are packaged.
