PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy saving television signal processing device of a small size. SOLUTION: The television signal processing device is configured to operate using DC voltage converted from commercial AC power source. The device includes a first drive circuit and a second drive circuit. The first drive circuit has a constant voltage circuit 13 and a diode 14. The constant voltage circuit 13 generates a first output voltage lower than the DC voltage, when energy saving is performed for the device using a solar battery 17. The diode 14 is used for preventing reverse flow. The second drive circuit has a constant voltage circuit 18 and a diode 19. Using output voltage outputted from the solar battery 17, the constant voltage circuit 18 generates a second output voltage lower than the output voltage but higher than the first output voltage. The diode 19 is used for preventing reverse flow. Wherein, the output of the first drive circuit is connected to the output of the second drive circuit so as to join voltage outputted from each circuit at a position 15. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
