PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pedometer capable of easily migrating data on the measured number of steps to a computer. SOLUTION: In the pedometer 1, a body 2 is formed so as to fit into a PC card slot on the computer, and all of components including a number-of-steps sensor 12 and a number-of-steps measurement unit are incorporated into the body 2. Therefore, the number-of-steps data recorded on the pedometer 1 can be moved to the computer by inserting the body 2 into the PC card slot on the computer so that a connection unit 5 is connected to a connector within the PC card slot.
