PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the phase margin of a feedback control loop by improving circuit configurations, and to improve the stability of a constant voltage power source. SOLUTION: A first source follower circuit 3 is additionally installed on the input side of an error amplifier EA, and a first phase compensation circuit 1 and a second phase compensation circuit 2 perform phase correction at the input side and output side of the first source follower circuit 3, respectively. Thus, it is possible to improve a phase correction effect by the second phase compensation circuit 2 by changing the impedance of the position where the second phase compensation circuit 2 performs phase correction on the feedback signal, by the first source follower circuit 3.
