PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunshade device capable of turning a light-shielding plate irrespective of a shape of a guide rail. SOLUTION: The sunshade device 10 includes a forming plate 32 which is invertable as a frame 20 is retracted or drawn, and an urging member 40 for urging the forming plate 32 from an erected state to an inverted state. The forming plate 32 is connected to winding members (14, 60). The winding members (14, 60) and the urging member 40 are constituted so that their winding force and their urging force are applied in the opposing directions. When the frame 20 is retracted, the urging force of the urging member 40 becomes preferential, and the forming plate 32 is inverted. On the other hand, when the frame 20 is drawn, the winding force of the winding members (14, 60) becomes preferential, and the forming plate 32 is erected against the urging force of the urging member 40.
