<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To layout a transmission case and a steering mechanism member so as to have a trim appearance in a riding type agricultural working machine. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An engine 21 is arranged between an axis of a front wheel 3 and an axis of rear wheels in a machine frame 1. The transmission case 22 is arranged before the engine 21. The transmission case 22 and a rear axle case 28 are coupled with each other by a joint member 33. A power steering unit 44 is arranged before the transmission case 22, and the transmission case 22 is fixed to a front frame through the power steering unit 44. The power steering unit 44 is arranged before the transmission case 22 below a side frame 12, so that layout of members that constitute a steering mechanism part is facilitated.
