The present invention relates to a pump for dispensing contents that is mounted at the opening part of a container so that cosmetics in the container can be dispensed in a certain quantity at a time by a pumping action. To this end, the present invention can be realized by a dispensing pump that enables content to be dispensed at an appropriate quantity through a cylinder (20) installed in a pump body (10a) when a push button (40) is pushed, the dispensing pump comprising: the pump body (10a) that is mounted on the opening part of the container and in which the cylinder (20) is provided; an elastic means member (30) that is mounted between the cylinder (20) and an operating piston rod (26) so as not to come in contact with the contents; and an elastic means member (30) wherein a fixed ring rim (31) that is disposed inside the second cylinder tube (24) of the cylinder (20) and is also fixed by being inserted in an insertion groove (25) formed on top of the second cylinder tube (24) is formed to curve outward on the top of the elastic means member (30), and a connection ring rim (32) that is disposed at the protrusion inner diameter portion (28a) of a connection feeding tube (28) connected with the push button (40) that is connected with the operating piston rod (26) and has a dispensing nozzle (41) is formed to curve inward at the bottom of the elastic means member. |
