The method involves forming an inner surface of a rear wall by a surface (8) of a cutting part (7) facing toward a washing chamber of a washing drum. Contact adhesive with silicon is applied on a surface of a boundary area of another cutting part i.e. sheet metal cutting part, and a side wall, a base and/or cover of the drum are provided in the latter cutting part. A boundary area of the former cutting part is arranged in contact with the area of the latter cutting part. The contact adhesive is hardened for cohesive-connection of both the areas. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a dishwasher comprising a washing tub (2) a device for manufacturing a dishwasher, comprising a washing tub.
