<p>Disclosed is a coating solution for an organic electroluminescent element, which enables the production of an organic electroluminescent element having satisfactory durability and excellent efficiency. Specifically disclosed is a coating solution for an organic electroluminescent element, which can be used for forming, between a pair of electrodes, an organic layer comprising a light-emitting layer. The coating solution is characterized by comprising a first solvent and a second solvent, wherein the first solvent can dissolve a light-emitting material and a host material contained in the light-emitting layer and comprises at least one solvent selected from solvents each having a boiling point of 200°C or higher, and the second solvent comprises at least one solvent selected from solvents each having an azeotropic temperature with water of 99°C or lower, and wherein the boiling point (BP1) of the first solvent and the boiling point (BP2) of the second solvent have a relationship represented by formula: BP1 = BP2.</p> |
