<p>The invention relates to a band or belt having a rubber base with at least one metal sheet affixed thereto, wherein the thickness of the base is between 1 mm and 4 mm and the thickness of the metal sheet is between 0.1 mm and 0.8 mm. According to the invention, other decorative sheets can be added to the metal sheet, said decorative sheets being made from wood, PVC, ABS, paper, polypropylene, melamine (monolayers) and polyester (Tacon), so as to obtain an assembly offering structural rigidity, deformability or ease of moulding, recoverability, lightness and resistance to chemical attack, rendering same particularly suitable for use in the production of bands or belts, as well as in fashion accessories, jewellery accessories, leather goods, etc.</p> |
