PURPOSE: An electrical plating device for a hollow metal element and a method thereof are provided to prevent damage to hollow metal element by preventing spark by direct contact between a cathode conductor and a hollow metal element. CONSTITUTION: An electrical plating device for a hollow metal element comprises a spacer(10), a lower disk(20), a top disk(31) and a diode(34). Each spacer is closely combined between the hollow metal element and the hollow metal element. The spacer is formed in a ring type and is made of a natural rubber or synthesis rubber material which is an insulator. The lower disk installs inside a bottom support pipe(32). The top disk installs inside the upper supporting pipe.
