<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration actuator which can be reduced in size and has good drive performance, such as drive efficiency and durability. <P>SOLUTION: The vibration actuator (10) includes: an electromechanical conversion element (11) having an input surface (11a) input with a drive signal and a ground surface (11b); a first elastic body (12A) joined to the input surface (11a); a second elastic body (12B) joined to the ground surface (11b); a first relative movement member (13A) which is brought into pressurizing contact with the first elastic body (12A) and relatively moves to the first elastic body (12A); and a second relative movement member (13B) which is brought into pressurizing contact with the second elastic body (12B) and relatively moves to the second elastic body (12B). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
