<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-aqueous secondary battery having a high capacity and excellent charge and discharge cycle characteristics and also having a high reliability such as safety. <P>SOLUTION: The non-aqueous secondary battery is provided with a positive electrode having a positive electrode mixture layer containing a positive electrode active material, a negative electrode, and a non-aqueous electrolyte. As the positive electrode active material, a lithium-containing transition metal oxide which has as a body at least one of transition metal element selected from a group of Co and Ni and contains at least one of metal element selected from a group of Mn, Mg, Ti, Zr, Ge, Nb, Al and Sn is used, and the non-aqueous electrolyte contains at least one of compound selected from sulfonic acid anhydride and sulfonate derivative, and a dinitrile compound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
