<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current collector containing a resin to which a conductive filler having a lithium ion occlusion ability is added with a means for effectively preventing a decline in a charge/discharge capacity. <P>SOLUTION: An electrode for a bipolar lithium ion secondary battery includes a conductive resin layer made by adding a conductive filler having a lithium ion occlusion ability to a basic substance made of a polymeric material. In the direction of thickness of a current collector, a lithium ion occlusion ability at a ceratin depth from one surface of the current collector is compared with a lithium ion occlusion ability at the same depth from the other surface of the current collector in sequence until the depth reaches a half of the thickness from the current collector surface. The comparison demonstrates that the lithium ion occlusion ability on the other surface side becomes smaller first than the lithium ion occlusion ability on one surface side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
