<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device reducing degradation of long term reliability of transistors. <P>SOLUTION: Transistors T<SB>Dr</SB>and T<SB>WS</SB>in a pixel 11R which neighbors a pixel 11b are arranged farther from the pixel 11B than a terminal 33B of a retentive capacitance Cs in the pixel 11R. Transistors T<SB>Dr</SB>and T<SB>WS</SB>in a pixel 11G which adjoins a pixel 11B are arranged farther from the pixel 11B than a terminal 33C of a retentive capacitance Cs in the pixel 11G.
