PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device predicting the lifetime of a light emitting element during manufacturing.

SOLUTION: The image display device includes: a plurality of pixel circuit groups each containing a plurality of pixel circuits; a wiring part containing at least one inspection wire corresponding to a shared wire and at least one of the pixel circuit groups, respectively; and an ON-signal supply line. Each pixel circuit includes: the light emitting element which emits light of a color corresponding to the pixel circuit group containing the pixel circuit; and inspection switches. The inspection switches each contained in the pixel circuit contained in at least one of the pixel circuit groups control an inspection current flowing between the shared wire and the inspection wire corresponding to the pixel circuit group via the light emitting element. The ON-signal supply line is connected to the inspection switches each contained in the pixel circuit contained in at least one of the pixel circuit groups and supplies a signal to turn on the inspection switch to the inspection switches.
