<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing apparatus which adopts a sampling period lower than a Nyquist frequency to appropriately restore the frequency of a peak value obtained by FFT transformation. <P>SOLUTION: The signal processing method samples data required for a frequency analysis at two different sampling periods (processing 201 to determination 206), checks whether a frequency giving an unmatched peak value exists(determination 208), searches for a peak value satisfying the relationship (fa-fb)=(Pa-Pb) if the frequency exists (determination 209), and complements (restores) the frequency Fr of the peak value using the relationship Fr=(fa-Pa)=(fb-Pb) (processing 211) if such a peak value is found (the result of determination 210 is YES). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
