<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module which exhibits good power generation efficiency in such a state that the light receiving surface of solar cells is inclined by 60 degrees or more from the horizontal plane, and which can be used outdoors while exhibiting excellent acid resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell module which is used while being mounted on the outer side surface of a building has a structure in which a first base material, a layer including a solar cell, a second base material for protecting the layer including a solar cell, and an anti-reflection film are laminated in this order, and a portion to be mounted on the outer side surface of a building. The anti-reflection film is a porous body of silica having a refractive index of 1.05-1.30, wherein the refractive index difference before immersion in 1N hydrochloric acid solution and after immersion in 1N hydrochloric acid solution for 24 hours is 0.15 or less for the wavelength of 650 nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
