<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a user to a proper printing terminal, even when print data does not satisfy a condition for a file to be printed. <P>SOLUTION: The print management device or the like identifies a printing terminal near a moving route of the user as a proper printing terminal, modifies the file size, paper size, file format and the like of the print data received from a mobile terminal, to adapt the printing terminal to a connected printing system, and transmits the modified print data to the printing system. The print data can be printed in the proper printing terminal even when the print data does not satisfy the condition for the file to be printed in the printing terminal. The print management device or the like obtains positional information of the mobile terminal, and transmits the modified print data only when the mobile terminal is within a predetermined distance from the printing terminal.
