PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce weight, and to make manufacture easy. SOLUTION: Hollow dead forms 21, which comprise a cylindrical body portion 21a and an arch-shaped ceiling portion 21b, are disposed on a bottom steel plate 19 in such a manner as to be arranged at required spacings in bridge-axis and bridge-width directions; and lower ends of them are each stuck on the bottom steel plate 19. A composite floor slab 18 is formed by providing a concrete layer 20, in which concrete is placed for the embedment of each of the dead forms 21, on the bottom steel plate 19. Weight reduction is achieved by forming a cavity, corresponding to the dead form 21, on the undersurface side of the concrete layer 20; and each of the cavities has a structure bearing a load from above by being formed in an arch shape along the dead form 21.
