SOLUTION: When turbine rotating speed gradient learning control is completed and a racing integral value WT<SB>NT</SB>of the turbine rotating speed NT when returning from the neutral control of the last time exceeds a racing limiting value A, engine suction air volume learning control for determining the suction air volume of an engine 10 when returning from the neutral control of next time so that the racing of the turbine rotating speed NT reduces to a return from the neutral control of the last time, or advance clutch hydraulic pressure gradient learning control for determining a sweep gradient of advance clutch hydraulic pressure P<SB>C1</SB>when returning from the neutral control of the next time so that the racing of the turbine rotating speed NT reduces to the return from the neutral control of the last time, is performed.
