PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi-solidified enteral nutrient suitable for a gastric fistula patient, and the semi-solidifying agent for the gastric fistula patient, capable of simply preparing such the enteral nutrient, in more detail, the enteral nutrient having less attaching property to the inner wall of a tube, also having a suitable form-holding property after passing through the tube, and further the enteral nutrient inhibited with the development of water separation even in the preservation for a long period of time. SOLUTION: This semi-solidified enteral nutrient is provided by containing agar, kappa carrageenan and/or lambda carrageenan as the semi-solidifying agent for the enteral nutrient for the gastric fistula patient.
