PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing device for three-dimensional measurement, which exactly guides a photographer to the next predetermined photographing position from the present position. SOLUTION: The photographing device 1 for three-dimensional measurement includes a photographing section 2 that acquires a live image 11 by photographing a measurement object 8 while a photographer is moving and timely acquires a photographs image as a still image in a photographing device for three-dimensional measurement in which the measurement object 8 is overlapped and photographed in sequence by a single camera, a display section 3 that displays in the same screen the live image 11 at the present position of the photographing section 2 and the sample image 12 of a simulation object as a still image that is photographed at nearly identical relative positional relation with the next predetermined photographing position, a photographing position determination section 4 that compares the live image 11 at the present position with the sample image 12 in the photographing section 2 and determines the relative position of the photographing section 2 to the next predetermined photographing position, and a removing information noticing section 5 that prepares guide information and notices it to the display section so that the photographer can move to the next predetermined photographing position from the present position.
