PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment in which a structure for fitting a circuit board to a housing can be provided collectively on one surface side of the circuit board. SOLUTION: A cellular phone 1 has a receiver case 5 having a part 35 to be fitted and the circuit board 17 arranged in the receiver case 5. Further, the cellular phone 1 has a fitting member 31 provided on a first principal surface 17a of the circuit board 17 and positioning the circuit board 17 into the receiver case 5 across the part 35 to be fitted along with the first principal surface 17a.
