PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printer which can prevent print deviation in screen-printing on a cavity substrate formed by attaching a substrate member, and to provide a screen printing method. SOLUTION: The mask member 33 includes, as separated regions: a cavity part-corresponding mask region MRC having a mask pattern MPC corresponding to a cavity part electrode pattern formed on a bottom surface of a fitting part fit to a cavity part; and a flat part corresponding mask region MRF having a mask pattern MPF corresponding to a flat part electrode pattern. The cavity part corresponding mask region MRC and the cavity part electrode pattern are aligned to be subjected to screen-print, and the flat part-corresponding mask region MRF and the flat part electrode pattern are aligned to be subjected to the screen-print.
