PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a user program which allows a user to manually control a user circuit device by connecting the user circuit device to a programmable controller. SOLUTION: When a motor 3 that is the user circuit device is driven by ON/OFF operation of a switch 5, an input signal sequence corresponding to this drive time is recorded in a work memory 1e of the programmable controller 1. An input signal sequence is reversely assembled by a reverse assemble program memory 1d to form a control user program of the motor 3, and the formed user program is stored in a user program memory 1c.
