PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein a water cooling cover and an oil pan are difficult to be attached and detached because outer shapes of the water cooling cover attached in testing a transmission and in completing testing, and the oil pans are comparatively large and have considerable weights. SOLUTION: A jack is arranged at a lower position of the transmission attached to a testing machine. A lower water-cooling cover is movably connected on a movable rod line of the jack to be moved to a lower position of the transmission; and when it is at a prescribed position, an upper water cooling cover is attached. In addition, oil removed from the transmission, after testing moves the oil pan is always stored at a fixed side to a lower part of the transmission to be fixed, and attachment and detachment of the oil pan adhering oil are enabled in a simple manner, in a short time.
