PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge member mounting structure of a cooling chamber capable of obtaining satisfactory mounting strength with small number of components. SOLUTION: A hinge mounting plate 50 is fixed by a tapping screw 56 to one side of a front surface of a partition plate 40 for vertically partitioning a storage chamber 14 in a heat-insulating casing 10 of a refrigerator 1. A hinge mounting plate 50 side end of a decorative plate 60 overlapped on the front surface of the partition plate 40 is inserted into a gap G between an outer shell 11 of the heat-insulating casing 10 and the hinge mounting plate 50. The decorative plate 60 is fixed to the partition plate 40 so as to press the hinge mounting plate 50 by being screwed with a tapping screw 64 at a position except the position at which the plate 60 is inserted into the gap G. A hinge member 30 for supporting a door 20 of the storage chamber 14 is fixed to the hinge mounting plate 50 by a tapping screw 67 which is screwed to the hinge mounting plate 50 through a screw inserting hole 65 of the decorative plate 60.
