PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure having a lighter weight and a smaller size while securing an improved vibration control function and a sufficient stopper function. SOLUTION: In the structure for mounting a vibration control device on an engine, supporting legs 3a, 3b are provided to be supported on a vehicle body, a vibration absorbing rubber body is fixed into a bottomed cylindrical holder 4, a mounting bracket 7 provided on the engine side is joined to a connection fitting 6 extending from the vibration absorbing rubber body through the opening of the holder bottom wall to the outside, and a stopper rubber layer 10 is laid in a space between the outer peripheral face of the mounting bracket 7 and the opposed faces of the supporting legs 3a, 3b or the holder bottom wall 5. A stopper abutting fitting 11 is laid between the supporting legs 3a, 3b and the vehicle body and fixed to the vehicle body together with the supporting legs 3a, 3b to bridge the plurality of supporting legs to each other. A bridging part 12 of the stopper abutting fitting 11 is annularly provided surrounding the mounting bracket 7.
