PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To place pressure of fluid such as water, steam, air and hydraulic fluid on fluid of a packed/sealed reciprocating motion transmitting device, pressurize the fluid, and take the pressurized fluid as input/output into a generator. SOLUTION: In this gravity power generation device using a balance, balances of two upper and lower stages, which are bilaterally symmetric around a fulcrum, are composed of a load balance elongated to take the fluid pressure into cylinders on right and left leading ends so that loading and no-loading are performed alternately from side to side by using an electromagnet and a permanent magnet in an auxiliary manner, and a reciprocating balance for inputting force increased at a balance ratio. Both the balances are link-connected on the right and left sides by a hydraulic (oil pressure) double rod cylinder, a hydraulic (water pressure) single rod cylinder, or a steam pressure single rod cylinder. The gravity power generation device includes a pressure applying device increasing power generation output by inputting force increased in the rotating direction of the power generation device from each cylinder to the flywheel of a crank mechanism to be coupled.
