PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data input device attaining prevention of input mistake of operation arrangement for quickly solving disturbance of train diagram and capable of shortening the time until input content of the operation arrangement is determined. SOLUTION: Operation information of the train is obtained from a diagram information database 201, a train line is prepared, and it is displayed on an operation arrangement input device 1. The train diagram is made relevant to the control state of a signal in which the train is subsequently made to be an object to be controlled from control state determination processing 209 and present display position determination processing 210, thereby, the control state of the signal can be displayed on the train diagram. Thereby, the content of operation arrangement can be determined only by seeing the operation arrangement input device, and prevention of input mistake of the operation arrangement and input of operation arrangement requiring emergency can be attained.
