<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate in which an adhesive layer, a resin layer, and a sealant layer are at least laminated in this order on a plastic base, in which lamination strength is high between the plastic base and the sealant layer, and in which lamination strength is not reduced by being adversely affected by a strongly permeable substance or the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The laminate is characterized in that, on a plastic base composed of any one of polyester, polyamide, or polyolefin, there are at least laminated an adhesive layer, olefin-based extruded resin layer which is a film formed with polyolefin resin or copolymer resin of olefin and other monomers extruded in fused state, and a sealant layer in this order, wherein the adhesive layer contains at least isocyanate compound.
