PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a timepiece excellent in reading property at a sectoral display part and capable of reducing manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The timepiece is provided with a cam 33 rotated/driven through a gear train by a stepping motor; a date display lever 35 abutted on the cam 33 and turned by rotation of the cam 33; an indication wheel 39 engaged with a gear part 38 of the date display lever 35; a date display needle 14 mounted to the indication wheel 39 and turned; and a sectoral date display part 6 in which a turning center of the date display needle 14 is provided on a portion near a sector central point. On the display part 6, a graduation of one period is provided along an arc for each day making a predetermined period of 31 days formed by a unit period of one day as one period (one month), and the graduation 19 is provided so as to correspond to 16 days when the 31 days is divided by two. A different indication content of two days separated by 15 days is given to the same graduation 19 and the cam 33 is set such that the date display needle 14 indicates the same graduation 19 twice during rotation of 31 days.
