PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that when a photocatalytic body layer composed of titanium oxide particle and a tungsten oxide particle is used for the surface of a non-black product, the photocatalytic body layer being the surface of the non-black product is colored blue. SOLUTION: A product having the photocatalytic body layer is obtained by applying a photocatalytic body-dispersed liquid, which is obtained by dispersing the photocatalytic titanium oxide particle and the photocatalytic tungsten oxide particle in a dispersion medium and dissolving an iron compound in the resulting dispersion medium, to the surface of the non-black product.
