摘要 <p>Observation is carried out using a fluorescence image with high quantitativity obtained by thoroughly eliminating the dependency on the distance and angle remaining in the image for which a division is performed. Disclosed is a fluorescence observation device (1) provided with an illuminating unit (4) comprising a light source (3) for applying illuminating light and exciting light, a fluorescence-image capturing unit (18) for capturing an image of fluorescence emitted from an object (X) to be imaged and acquiring a fluorescence image, a returning-light image capturing unit (17) for capturing an image of returning light returning from the object (X) and acquiring a reference image, and an image correcting unit (6) for correcting the fluorescence image captured by the fluorescence-image capturing unit (18) using the reference image acquired by the returning-light image capturing unit (17). The image correcting unit (6) performs the following processing. FLrevice=A × FLbefore x/B × RLbefore y FLrevice: brightness value of the fluorescence image after correction, FLbefore, RLbefore: the brightness values of the acquired fluorescence image and reference image, A, B: constants, x, y: indexes for falling within allowable error ranges.</p>
