The implant has a bone fastener (1) for anchoring an implant device in a skull bone tissue. A percutaneous counter bearing (2) is provided with a conical outer surface. A counter bearing screw (3) is arranged such that the counter bearing is connected to the bone fastener by a mechanical sealing. An antibacterial coating such as silver and zinc, is applied on an inner part (13) of the counter bearing and/or an inner part (12) of the bone fastener and/or a surface (14) of the counter bearing screw. The silver is dispersed in a carrier made of polymer, hydrogel and ceramic. The inner surface comprises an antimicrobial agent such as rifampin, tetracycline, cyclosporine, gentamicin, vancomycin, penicillin or sulfonamide compounds.
