<p>A partial charge refund method and apparatus are provided by the present invention, wherein the method includes: a partial refund request of a Charging Trigger Function (CTF) is received, and the service response information is included in the partial refund request (S101); based on the service response information and a determined batch-pricing charging context, the service fee refund amount is calculated; the refund amount is refunded to the user account, and a partial refund request response is returned to the CTF (S102). The present invention can enable the real-time calculation of the current refund amount and the refund of the service partial fee, thus ensuring the reasonability and accurateness of the refund amount.</p> |
