<p>To provide a method of producing a package of absorbent articles from which one of a pair of absorbent articles can be easily taken out and in which the other one remaining therein can be easily and hygienically stored while preventing the absorbent article from wrinkling or hardening. In the first step, first and second breast milk pads (2(i), 3(i)) are supplied onto a package sheet band (29). In the second step, the first and second breast milk pads are supplied in such a state that the first breast milk pad (2(ii)) is displaced by a quarter of its height (H) in the longitudinal direction (Y) from the horizontal center line (32) toward the top edge (30), while the second breast milk pad (3(ii)) is displaced by a quarter of its height (H) in the longitudinal direction (Y) toward the bottom edge (31). In the third step, the first and second breast milk pads (2, 3 (iii)) are folded in two toward the horizontal center line (32) respectively from the top and bottom edges (30, 31). In the fourth step, the top and bottom edges (30, 31) of the package sheet band (29) are folded toward the horizontal center line (32). In the fifth step, a bonding area (20) is formed between the first and second breast milk pads (2, 3(v)) and cut along a cutting line (33).</p> |
