<p>The invention relates to an infusion device including a cylindrical body (1), one end of which is closed and the other end of which is open so as to receive a plunger (2), and comprising a means for inserting therein a flexible bag (12) of liquid to be infused that comprises a passage for dispensing through the closed end thereof. Said dispensing passage is controlled by a valve (15), the opening of which is selected so as to respond to a predetermined positive pressure inside the bag and caused by the plunger, the wall of the flexible bag having a thickness less than 150 µm such that the bag wall contacting the side wall of the cylindrical body folds up in an accordion-like fashion in an annular area adjacent to the side wall under the pressure exerted by the plunger so that the volume of the flexible bag has a predetermined correlation with the axial position of the plunger in the cylindrical body.</p> |
