<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head-mounted display capable of performing desired operation in a handsfree state, without fail. <P>SOLUTION: The head-mounted display includes a display means which introduces an image light, corresponding to image information onto the eye of a user and which displays an image corresponding to the image information. Then, the head-mounted display includes an imaging means for picking up the image of a predetermined range, in the direction of a visual field of the user; a head state detection means for detecting the angle of the head part of the user; a region specification means for specifying the region of the body of the user, in the direction of the visual field of the user from the image picked up by the imaging means and the detected angle of the head part of the user; and a control processing means for executing operations corresponding to the information on the region of the body of the user specified by the region specifying means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
