<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reduction gear for transmitting the speed-reducing drive to an image carrier while suppressing an increase in its manufacturing cost, suppressing the frictional displacement of a drive transmitting member in the rotationally axial direction, and more reliably suppressing a variation of a rotating speed, and to provide an image carrier driving device and an image forming device. <P>SOLUTION: The reduction gear includes a thrust restricting means 88 for thrusting a driving shaft 86 toward the rotational center of the drive transmitting member 85, the thrust restricting means 88 having a restricting member 87a for restricting the displacement of the driving shaft 86 in the rotating direction of the drive transmitting member 85, and an axial movement restricting member for restricting the movement of the driving shaft 86 in the rotationally axial direction. The axial movement restricting means can be step parts 85c formed at two axially adjacent positions on the abutment peripheral face of the driving shaft 86 on which the circumferential face of the drive transmitting member 85 abuts so that at least the edges on the radial outside of both side faces of the drive transmitting member 85 contact them, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
